You seem to forget you're half black.....you're not an anomaly kid. There's plenty of black professionals who grind better and harder than their counter parts....

Not saying that there arent any high performing blacks, but if you follow their resume (grades, scores and the like), they are at same level as anyone else.

Bullshyt. Asians and Indians were some of the most cheating people lve ever seen in college. It got to the point were l stopped respecting them wholesale. You are simply feeding into the stereotypes projected by them. You are confusing not having work experience with not having the intellect.

There a lot of poor performing Asian and Indians too. They get they boot. And the white males with connection? Guess what a poor performing white male staff with connections just recently got booted out because of poor work quality.


It's not a matter of work experience Because this job hires everyone straight from college.

There are definitely blacks and Latinos that shine, but if you followed their scores and resumes, they had what it takes to be competitive and didn't need a quota bump.


People can cheat their way through school, take advantage of quota bumps, take advantage of white male networks, or sweet talk their way into a job.

I all need to do is give someone a cash or investments workbook, and tell them it needs to be done by lunchtime. You'd wouldn't believe how something so simple to complete could act as such a reliable seiv for poor performers. In the real world, it's pretty hard to fake the funk, when there extreme deadlines, and managers, like me, will make sure you stay until 3am if necessary to complete the job or ensure you are fired the next day.
