I get the Warriors are having an amazing year and Steve Kerr is doing a good job coaching and it seems like the players respect him.

With that said are we really surprised at Steph Curry or Klay Thompson having amazing years or the Warriors being really good?? Last year when they lost in the playoffs you could tell they were ready to take that next step of becoming a contender. They have the talent, team chemistry, and players. Then some people wanna act like Mark Jackson (along with the players) didn't change the culture of the Warriors into a good basketball team. Yeah Jackson is overly religious and can be brash at times but the PLAYERS had no issue with him and to me dude was a good coach.

With that said while coaching is important I have always thought at NBA level talent/players/chemistry is way more important. Steve Kerr coaching the Knicks they still would fukking suck and Derek Fisher coaching the Warriors they still an above 500 good team :yeshrug:.

It just annoying to me seeing the media and others serenading Steve Kerr as some genius when dude inherited a pretty damn good team :leostare:

Kerr deserves some credit, Jackson deserves some credit, the individual improvement of Curry, Thompson, and Green deserve credit. there's probably other stuff, too.

idk, some people seem to enjoy propping up dumb opinions for the purpose of arguing against them
