Ya'll know my position on this offseason: Ireland needs to go at the VERY LEAST.

Wouldn't mind Leslie Frazier as new DC IF and only if we let Coyle go... Unless there are better options out there available

Ross likes to make a splash. He's big on showmanship. I think the reason he hasnt fired anyone yet are

1. He likes Philbin
2. He was certain the team would make the playoffs
   
3. He hasnt found the big name he would want to replace Philbin
4. He hasnt found the big name he would wan to replace Ireland

Look at evrytime he has spoken in public and you'll notice he's all about flossing.

• He wanted and went hard after Jim Harbaugh while SParano was still coaching.
  
• He (with his own mouth) promised fans the team would have a "exciting offense"

THe man is all about style but he's a new owner and lacks the substance to put the right people in place. I like him because he's shown he's not cheap. I hate him because he likes to be seen. I dont like that about owners

I'm fine with the whole coaching staff getting axed at this point. I know i endorsed Philbin all year but i'm willing to drop him if thats what it takes to get rid of Ireland and Sherman. Especially Ireland

Philbin is cool in my book but if he cant man up and fire Sherman than he has to go too.

I know as a new coach it's tough for you to make these tough decisions but it's all part of the job. Iknow he has some allegiance to Sherman but he cant let Sherman take him down with him.

As for Ireland, i wont negotiate at all: HE MUST GO
