When I applied to O'Neill (IU), reached out to one of the few Black folks on the faculty who's been there a decade plus and even she was telling me that the campus is uncomfortable for anyone not white since she's gotten there...and she does nothing about it. Has meetings with faculty and has them place their electronics in pouches like they're at a Chappelle show.
