Yes, go it is worth it. Panama City it self is like Miami and NYC mix together.

Yes there are plenty of Afro Panamanians.
Soon as i stepped off the plane and walked into the immigration office all i seen i was afro Panamanians. Way more than I seen in Costa Rica.
