About 11 years ago.

Barber made some recommendations so I could do it myself. Using the Wahl t-blade and close shaver.

Been doing it ever since. Used to go every week. Now, I shave maybe once a month. I gives zilch fukks.

No crazy stories. Just times when the shaver stopped working mid-cut or when I get too aggressive and that alcohol splash makes me respect the game.

Favorite baldy? Mine, breh.

6 months ago. I had a bald spot that was growing more and more apparent, so I decided to take the plunge.

I currently use an Andis T-liner. It usually keeps me bald for about a week. I can't use blades due to razor bumps.

When I was in grade school I tried to shave my head in protest of getting my hair cut by my mom (I wanted a fro REALLY bad). I used an old, rusty razor blade I found in the cabinet. I went for multiple strokes and I wasn't getting a close shave. Needless to say, it ate up my head.

I followed up the razor with shaving powder. Big mistake.

A few days later I started getting insane razor bumps. My scalp started to blister and peel. It looked like someone smeared oatmeal on my head.

Nobody at school said anything… except for the other Black guy in my class. I won't ever forget trying to not let him see the back of my head. Once he saw he just started CLOWNING, HARD. Like NON STOP! Dude roasted me for a straight 10 mins afterward. I had to laugh cuz he went in.

My favorite baldy has gotta be Khalid Muhammad. So round, so shiny, so righteous. I hope to have a perma-sheen like his one day.

Personally, I don't fukk with that shiny look. I try to avoid it.

Some dudes have oily scalps. I fukks with coconut oil to maintain a healthy dome and it don't give me dat sheen.
