it was a vicious attack, but the victim didn't receive any life threatening injuries outside of a bruised face and ego. i also didn't say anything about "get over it," i just believe he was overcharged because it was all caught on film.
He doesn't deserve death for it, he deserves to be punished but not death. I believe in rehabilitating young black men who do wrong not throwing them away.

Usually, when you punch someone and they convulse, that's already felonious assault. He then continued to hit him on camera AND stomped his head and would've done it again till someone stopped him. There's no defense to that.
