Maybe I'm just desensitized to all of this.. but eh
Hope the kid didn't sustain any life long injuries

I can't believe muhfukkas are really using this 'it happens in the hood all the time' rhetoric as if that absolves it from being attempted murder. Dudes clearly live in their own world.Who cares that it happens daily? Those people should be in prison too but this is pretty easily proven.
beating someone over a visor until they're leaking and then stomping on their head, while they're defenseless, is criminal shyt.

dudes are really advocating his life be permanently ruined over a fight made as a minor. we've yet to get any of these whites cops imprisoned for a year for killing unarmed black teens, but y'all want this teen to be in prison longer than he's been alive.
i'm starting to think all races in this country feel they have the right to harm black lives cuz u all use the same excuse "(insert race) kills blacks all the times and don't get in trouble, so why should we?"it's easily proven that he wanted to murder him? get fukkin real. if he wanted to kill him, he'd be dead.
at this dumb ass logic. Yall dudes really need to smarten up.If not attempted murder then pre-meditated felony assault. Because the camera was focused on the victim, meaning he told someone to film it because he planned it. He didn't die but he could've. The kick to the head bent his neck back, he had a broken nose, concussion and had a seizure during the assault.
A Baltimore high school football player beat a teammate in the school’s cafeteria so viciously he is facing a first-degree attempted murder charge as an adult, police said Thursday.
Baltimore student charged with attempted murder for beating

so you imprison dude, ruin his life forever, brand him a felon. then when he gets out in his 30s, then what? you nikkas gon push for more faux outrage and act surprised when he resorts to real crime to make a living?
with this colimilitant bullshyt. The majority of people avoid fighting in life.dudes are really advocating his life be permanently ruined over a fight made as a minor. we've yet to get any of these whites cops imprisoned for a year for killing unarmed black teens, but y'all want this teen to be in prison longer than he's been alive. holy shyt, yall nikkas are something else.

i'm just shocked at all these dudes cosigning this teen having his life ruined over a fight, indefinitely. while we can't even get a racist cop indicted, let alone imprisoned for a year. but nikkas in here talkin bout he deserves 35 yrs. nah, fukk that. nikkas are harder on our own then we are on non-blacks that kill us.Saluting a 17 year old catching an AM charge. Classy.

If that was a white dude beating the shyt out of a black kid you wouldnt be saying any of this.

Crimes aren't charged on the end result, they are based on the intent.
Think about the logic of what you are saying...because he wasn't in a coma the charge shouldn't be high? That's the same thing as saying someone that sprayed an ak47, but missed his targets, shouldn't be charged because no one got hurt. Crimes are based on attempt...the fact this kid wasn't more seriously hurt shouldn't matter...

Is he being charged with murder or attempted murder?Did he kill him, though?
Y'all need to keep your feelings out of this, and look at the facts of the matter.
