I don't see how you can spin this into agreeing with white people saying we do not experience pain (in a normal range like other "races") due to some inherent genetic flaw. First of all, are you even black to say this? Second of all, one act of a teenager who brutally attacked another teenager somehow represents the most oppressed race in the worlds perception of pain? If we are really worried about public safety, take him to a treatment facility, evaluate him and put him on a program where he receives counseling and any other mental health services if necessary.

But nothing you said or anything the kid did satisfies an attempted murder charge.

They have to prove... He planned to kill this kid, either through threats/premeditation or using a deadly weapon in the heat of battle.

This kid might get convicted of attempted murder.

But...this is first degree aggravated assault, this is a charge you give someone when what they do goes way beyond a fist fight.

His actions shows he was going for serious injury, not death. This is first degree aggravated assault. If he really tried to kill this kid and the kid lived, that would be another story. This is first degree aggravated assault.

i know anytime someone commits something against us or hurts someone we all get online and start creating various ways for them to die, but it doesn't work that way with the law(atleast it's not supposed to)

I highly doubt this guy's mission was to try and kill this guy. Manslaughter is alot of times a lesser crime than attempted murder and that's actually killing someone.

He can still be looking at a 3 to 7 or a 5 to 9 for aggravated assault, but attempted murder is not something you want to be thrown around so hastily.

And there are dudes who got hit with 7 years for manslaughter and someone actually died.
