Pacino in Devil's Advocate made that movie. I read the book years later thinking it would be even more piff and come to find out that the book was shytty was fukk. Every scene that you would consider great in the movie was not in the book. That shyt was boring as hell. Most disappointed i've been after reading a novel ever. Movie adaptation is leaps and bounds better and Pacino just killed it with that monologue.

The Devil in that old Tom Cruise movie "Legend" tho.

I know you probably mean movies but in terms of charisma, relentless logic and presenting evil ideas as some shyt I gotta go with the TV version of Hannibal:

And that version of Hannibal is basically the devil. Mad Mikklesen modeled him after Satan.
