The Booth's favorite magazine listed the BRA every year since 1979, this list isn't that controversial but its complex so we all disagree just cause.

Cube was still the best rapper in 1991, considering he released Death Certificate. How Q-Tip got it I don't know..

1995 could have gone to Prodigy or Raekwon but at least they were honourable mentions.

2000 is Ghostface Killah easily. Eminem is a hype choice.

I think Jay has too many selections. He's never struck me as the best in any particular year, but even if he was, it would be one year at most. He's got 3 selections here.

Real talk...I'm not even mad at that list. I would defiantly give 91 to Cube tho. 1990 should have been Chuck D.
