Rules
1. Post up a story telling hiphop song that you either produced or rapped/sang on by August 19, Friday midnight in this thread. You basically have 3 weeks to come up with a storytelling song if you don't already have one in the stash. When you post your song, state what you did.
2. Production style doesn't matter, as long as the song showcases storytelling ability you're good.
Judging criteria will be based on the
1. How dope is the story being told in the song.
2. creativity - what stood out, was it told differently etc...
3. production - does the beat compliment the story and take it higher
4. potential - can the song blow
Please don't post any other types of songs in this thread. Just post your entry. Anything else will be deleted.
Depending on how many people submit something, we'll either have one new thread or 2 like last time when we did the Hardest Street Banger contest.
