Beyonce's fan base has also grown up a lot they're not waiting by the computer to buy her CD the minute it drops especially with how hard they make it to find for the casual fan, Drake's fan base is mainly angsty teens who waited by the computer until the second his album dropped and bought it right up.

Not to mention we have only Apple as a source for Drake's sales, the same company that has it's whole music division hanging on Drake's shoulders, who also happens to be the only distributor of his music, which is all done digitally, so since we know sales have always been inflated I think it's safe to say Drake's numbers are inflated more than ever before, and there's no physical product to account for or anyone coming in to audit Apple's paperwork on Drake sales. They can say it sold whatever they want.
