Honestly does anyone want Bill Belichick involved in drafting a top ten pick in 2023? Potentially a QB who will need to be developed? I'm all for clowning Mac Jones since he's an a$$hole but that dude's career was clearly wrecked by terrible coaching and decision making. Hiring a wack job defensive coach (Patricia) and a special teams coach (Judge) to be co-OCs for a young QB was pure insanity. And then this year bringing a washed up Bill O'Brien in made even less sense.

He's still clearly a great defensive mind, and that Pats defense has played great. But there's zero hope for the offense since he clearly doesn't respect skill positions and can't teach a QB.

As a coach he's still got it, especially on defense but his personnel decisions have been horrendous for like a decade now
