This is the same man who acquires companies, forces the employees to sign a draconian 2 year non-compete if they want to keep their job, and then systematically fire them (regardless of performance) over two years as part of their "playbook". Then he replaces them with younger/cheaper individuals.

His point is valid. Not every person will be perfect, but the advice is relevant regarding likes and the kids coming up today.
He went to a predominantly white school in Denver. This whole "We are own worst enemies" shyt is so played out. Buddy works in finance he could have brought up how racist the old boys club is, whites refusing to have a black man handle their money, etc...

What does where he went to school have to do with his message?

Is it not true that for the most part blacks (Cosby, Dash, Lemon, Barkley amongst others) will go into the media and talk bad about their own?

Yes finance may be the racist old boys club and whatever but how does that mean that his message of upliftment and self image is null and void?

First point: "We have to stop tearing each other down..."
Second point: "...your generation does this bad thing..."
Third point: "...don't listen to what others say, even though i'm telling you something..."

Like I said in another thread...black folks have enough money and resources, but not the motivation to implement a black agenda based economic plan

Imagine if breh hooked up with Dr. Anderson and Dr. Watkins

It doesn't. This fool is making a tu quoque plea in order to undermine the guy's credibility as though it has anything to do with the integrity of his idea That shyt might work somewhere else but Coli brothers know what up.

Isn't this rich dork married to a White pornstar?
Just because he's wealthy doesn't mean anything he says outside of business has any merit.
He grew up with two Black PhD parents in a upper-middle class Black neighborhood and went to the Ivies, he has almost no real experience with the majority of the Black community or the struggles of the people.
He could just as easily have created a "good ol' boys" club at his investment firm hiring from Morehouse, Howard, Spelman and Xavier of LA, but he hasn't.
