Where did I suggest that?? I'm not dissing Robert F. Smith, it's great what he is doing no doubt. I'm just stating CHARITY alone is not going to fix our problems. Charity lets institutions off the hook for what they've done to us and puts the burden on philanthropy to fix major problems.
What he contributed is great but in reality is just A DROP IN THE fukkING BUCKET of what blacks actually need in this country to be in the position to be celebrating like we won something. Even he if donated all of his billions that still won't be enough. INDIVIDUALS (even so called rich blacks) can't fix our problems when systems and INSTITUTIONS created them.
