Keep in mind 2 things though.

1. Houston is the only person that can ban people.

2. There is currently open reports against @Billy Ocean. So if I was protecting him....why wouldn't I just delete them?

I don't remember, it was like 8 months ago. Post the screen shots.

Again, keep in mind there's currently 4-5 open reports against @Billy Ocean and I can post screen shots of them right now if you want. So....why aren't they deleted if I'm protecting him?
