At least I was on the right side of history. Fully supported Hillary and the Dems in 2016 while you were sitting on the fence. All I asked in exchange was that we make demands of the Dems during the "most important election in our history" to bring down Trump. Yall declined and the Dems made you zero promises. Here we are in 2023,many black folks starting to question if maybe we should leverage our vote now

Ever seen a kid that is nice outside of school but in school gets to bullying with the other bullies just to not get targeted? There is a lot of that here, especially when any non-white male conservatives suddenly have to say "hold up" to a talking point that targets them. A free thinker isn't draped in the ideology, and definitely would not call themselves a free thinker.
They probably do, they're just succumbing to an incredibly huge blind spot of not noticing or considering that in the USA specifically, right wing ideology is dominated by either the kids of KKK members or quiet KKK members themselves.
