Shyt keeps getting deep
Baltimore needs a business-minded mayor in all honesty. Someone who's gonna lower taxes, which in turn creates more jobs, which in turn raises the standard of living. Bringing in more businesses, tell UDARP to stop nit-picking at every development planned for construction in the city, get rid of the boarded up houses, and bring some money to the city, which will lower crime, poverty and most other ills of the city. Wishful thinking tho
They have already have and it's unfeasible for the city to do that when it's cost almost up to 300k to demolish just one building.Dummy, the taxes are already low. The current mayor has been living tax credits and breaks to developers, families and even police officers, recently to move into the city. You think you're the first to think about demolishing boarded up houses? They have already have and it's unfeasible for the city to do that when it's cost almost up to 300k to demolish just one building.
