I've actually seen a couple of his videos and working in mental health, I can tell this dude has severe anxiety issues, major ones and even when watching his videos he has a hard time looking at the camera and slightly stutters as he talks...he's not even all that comfortable speaking alone, to a webcam. This shyt is sad, man. This is more commonplace than what people think as far as these self-depreciating antics and behaviors and it's well apparent of that shyt in this thread here.

These videos are really a cry for help, the attention he's getting in response is helping him to stay leveled but dude's not gonna snap out of that defeatist attitude easily. It's more comfortable and easy to be a victim and blame others than to do some self examining and seeing that there may be very large character/personality flaws that restrict you from being YOU. This is common on both sides of the aisle with both BM and BW.

He won't.

Look at this brother...he's dressed well, looks like he has a decent car and speaks well (excluding the obvious effects of high anxiety) but he's complaining about rejection and having confidence. The problem with a lot of our people is that we have bought into a system that is really geared towards division and strife between the sexes, especially us. He probably thought..."If I have the car, if I have the clothes, if I have a little bit of game..I can have carte blanche with these females." The problem is three-fold and any one of these issues could play out singularly or together...He's not considering the emotional gridlock and dysfunctional behavior that some of our sisters exhibit as well, which makes contact either awkward or somewhat non existant, he's also vesting all of his chips on a material level but may not vest them on a communicative level that helps carry a relationship and lastly, he's bringing too many emotions to the forefront in a world that's for the most part is fairly cold, rejection is amplified a thousand times for men who can't control their emotions well.

Birds of a feather flock together, no matter how bad or corruptible a certain belief is...if you have a number of people who feel the same way, it gives a sense of false validity because the numbers are there. Groups like this are very dangerous because it's hard to break a negative mindset like this because one man or woman will instantly refer to the many others who feel the same way and continue to justify their self destructive behaviors.

Yes it's very common from both bm and Bw. The only difference is society tends to sympathize with the woman and support her being a "victim" while the man is told to grow up and stop being a p*ssy.

Why does it have to be looked at as "boosting egos" though? I don't understand that.

If I come up to you on the street and say "Peace to you and be blessed, brother!"..how would that make you feel? It probably would make you feel good that someone you don't know was willing to bless you with a word towards your LIFE, especially a black man. A bit of motivation to get through your day, to let you know that even when your eyes greeted the morning and NO ONE ELSE gave a fukk about you, that you had someone say in essence, "I love you, my brother, be blessed.". You'd find a problem with that?

Women are different, yes but look at all the propaganda that is pointed towards our sisters repeatedly as it has been for CENTURIES. You have women walking around here with cold hearts and minds, frozen solid. It's not about if she has a better job than you or if she's too pretty that you think she's gassed up..I've worked with many women who were gorgeous who were depressed and some who even committed suicide cause of their demons. If I could tell a woman who was struggling inwardly with some type of issue, insecurity or who was just down and out that "She is beautiful" REGARDLESS of how she looked, I'd do it every time but I don't know so I'll do it anyway because we don't know how POWERFUL the words we SPEAK really are and how we can change someone's mentality quickly. I'm really ashamed of some the dudes on here, really am.
