Way too many to choose but miss the quality R&B/hip hop remixes that used to happen all the time. 96 shyt :wow:

I mean it used to be an event when different artists would jump on each other's remixes. Us waiting to see who would have the best verse or how they would flip it. Now ppl do it just so the stans can go wild for a week and forget about it.

The closest we've had to that feeling, IMO was that Savage Remix. They flipped enough that it was different and tried to restore that feeling.

yeah, mariah has a CD worth of remixes and jlo copied everything she did for a while

a lot of ashanti's remixes didn't make her compilation remix album, like unfoolish, etc

for all that we know, every song that we ever heard might be a remix because the OG version never was released or was on the chopping room floor and they kept on tweaking it until it became a remix upon initial release, known as the main version for the general public

Cee-lo was on the album version but Faith Evans replaced him on the music video version

Jazze Pha and shawnna (maybe) was on the album version but tweaked both vocals singing on the music video version
