Defense Secretary: instead of Chuck Hagel (who I have no clue why Obama is picking to be honest) Obama could have picked Michelle Flournoy who served as Undersecretary and would have been the first woman in that position in the history of the country.

Secretary of State: I honestly don't think Obama was ever going to pick Susan Rice for this gig and think this one was reserved for John Kerry back in 2008 except Obama needed to promise it to Hillary in return for her support in the general election. Kerry has been dreaming of being SoS for decades now (its been his fall back dream gig in case he never became president) and Obama owes him big for being a prominent supporter when Obama first decided to run for president.

Treasury Secretary: there were a couple of women being talked about who were just as qualified for the position as Lew...Sheila Baer, Laura Tyson and MAry Miller would have all been good choices with mnore than enough experience.

I didn't vote for him To me diversity isn't much of a issue, what's more important are the appointees views and opinions. Look at his first term, he appointed Clinton, and Rice. Both of whom were instrumental in intervening in Libya. A lot of the Libyans who fought to ouster Qadafhi have gone on to fight, and destablise other regimes like Syria, and Mali. Bush appointed Condoleza, and Powell. Both of whom vociferously supported the war in Iraq.

Well to play devil's advocate, he (obama) did come out of a white puzzy. What did you nyggas think was going to happen? change? lol. Also, this don't really change nothing though as far as nyggas go with their blind allegiance to brands and symbols. Obama is a brand name and his presidency is symbolic to the hopes that maybe someday your little funny lookin (but non mixed) black child will become a figurehead president while all the real power still resides with the same old white men.

Yes, but also keep in mind that these 'same old white men' are also the same people who are stealing from other white people. they do not care about anyone or anything other than money. they screw everyone including other whites and ethnic groups. No one is safe from these mother phuckers.
