I was like a college

They walked around outside freely

A lot of open air buildings

Women in prisons arent treated as bad as men

And this was a PRISON

Women are less violent & less hostile Prison can be more lenient with security
Even tho tho might be in for violent crimes.

Meanwhile in males prisons literally be having riots, gang warfare, makeshift weapons, uprisings, trying to rape female guards, trying to kill guards etc.
U can't give them a inch of unsupervison.
