I looked through his page and only saw “people of color” one time, every time he talked about tangibles directly for us. Pro’s
1)I’ll give him credit for this, He’s the reason NYC became a massive tech hub. He went all in with the Tech incentives/training (CUNY Tech) and it paid off (we’ve become the second biggest tech center behind SF/Oakland).

* Sidenote: It also benefited him since he has one of the biggest financial tech companies in the world (Bloomberg LLP)

2) Expanded tenant rights (I’ll give him credit for this)

Cons
1)Dramatically expanded Stop & Frisk which was emasculating as fukk. You just had to look like you could commit a crime and the police could stop you

2) Cathleen Black was the WOAT department of a education chancellor. It’s one thing to replace poor and failing schools with charter schools ( it is what it is) but she had good schools on the chopping block. At one point RFK high school, Bayside H.S, Cardozo H.S, Forest Hills H.S and Townsend Harris were up for discussion. He wanted to privatize TOWNSEND HARRIS HIGH SCHOOL ( That’s sick as fukk)

3) If you were a gun owner ( Just move)

4) But he added more military weapons to the NYPD

5) Nikka lied and said he would step down after two terms, yet ran for a third and blitzed Thompson ( who was black) with 100 million dollars worth of ads.

Imagine a black candidate saying they are going to something specifically for white ppl and white ppl start saying "Bet you HALF or 75% of that goes to black people on the sneak tip... cant empower only white folks without black ppl somewhere getting a slice of the pie"

They wouldn't say no sht like that. They would press these mfs to make sure white ppl get 100% of that and black ppl get 0% of that.

Well he turned Manhattan to Disneyland and used some weird Spanish accent thing anytime he did a state of the city broadcast on snowstorms. He’s the great gentrifier. All about class in that world. The lives of the poor didn’t improve. I guess a good comparison is if Trump only cares about the color of person with the money, then to Bloomberg the only color is green.
