I think he may just be legit. Belichick clearly has a lot of faith in his and he's poised to be a starting CB.

For a guy like Malcolm who's overcome so much adversity professionally and personally, I think he follows up last season with a breakout season this year. Wouldn't surprise me a bit if he is a pro bowler in February.
