My father passed away, butt cancer.

Will still do eggs, cheese, milk...

reconsider dairy breh...other than taste dairy provides very little nutritional value to an adult.

think about the absurdity of drinking a cows milk. Milk in general is to raise young. Cow's milk is meant to get a 30 lb calf to become a 300 lb animal.

:rip: That's the number one thing too that natural health gurus talk about is having a clean colon.

Will still do eggs, cheese, milk...

Alight here's my advice.

Get your food from the farmers market if you have one and support the local small guys in your area. Avoid vegetables and fruits grown with hormones. Be a smart shopper too. Learn what season the fruits you want are grown in typically. I remember the Bp oil spill they had a bunch of fish and shrimps sales here and I was like  at my relatives. Places that didn't even originally sale shrimp was selling shrimps lol it crazy. They said they threw the fish out but I don't believe them especially not after seeing all these places all of sudden have mega sales on something that should've been scarce. So be congtive of what's going on in the enviorements of where you get your food from don't have to be a tree hugger or whatever.

Start eating bee pollen it has nearly all the nutrients you need. As well as Sea moss, Wheat Grass, & Goji berries too. You should look into fasting too. I fast the last 3 days of every month. I don't eat anything solid and get most my nutrients from blended juice and spring water. I don't ever feel weak I don't even feel hungry.

Here's some people I think you should checkout. And with diet you will hear conflicting viewpoints it's best to work with what works with you. I can't digest certain foods well but othrs I can. Everyone is a bit different.

Elijah muhammad was for the pescetarian diet but he also advocated eat once a day. This is a little skit from the boondocks about his book.

Good choice. Try Indian dishes while you transition they are savory and well seasoned. You should learn about different spices to add in your meals. Dry beans>canned beans. Cook fresh foods as much as possible. Don't mess with products that come in boxes or packaging if you can.

As far as colon cancer peppers of the hotter variety kill cancer and should be added to your meals.

I've been a vegetarian since 19 and I'm 33 now. Best decision I have ever made. I still look young and I physically I feel like I'm 16 still.

What made you become vegetarian especially at that age? I been veggie for like a couple years now. Became one when I was 19. For me it was health reasons not really environmental ones. I think people have a problem with environmental vegans and vegetarians because they're dogmatic when it comes to other people diet.

Different things. I learned about what is put into meats, how meat consumption affects our entire being and many people in my fam have ailments due to diets I assumed.

I don't push my beliefs on people and you wouldn't know how I eat unless you offered me food. But there are many valid reasons for reducing meat intake.

That's cool. I feel the same basically. I don't eat meat I gave up pork first then chicken, then just ate fish for a while then went full vegetarian. Gave up most animal products as well I just eat a few.
