some advice. don't make any threats to him or even through your wife. so in other words, don't tell your wife shyt like "if he comes here again I'll....". this isn't about being scared or not. from what i understand you're trying to squash the situation. the best thing would be to set up a meet with a third party you both trust. and tell him straight up you understand why he did what he did and you're not even mad at him. but at the end of the day, he swung at you in your own home and right or wrong you had to react. and tell him you guys don't have to be friends but his sister is grown and she chose this arrangement.
having said all that, you knew some fukkery was bound to happen sooner or later
and you know some more fukkery will come with this arrangement. how long you think you can maintain harmony in this situation? at the end of the day, it's your life breh but unless they're attracted to eachother (or at least like eachother's company) and both in love with you, i don't see how this could work longterm. i hope you thought of the next step if it doesn't work out...
