He never compensated Max for his work. Max B wrote all of Jones songs, the choruses, picked the beats etc, and wasn't getting much or any money from it. Was doing shows with Jim, where Jimmy was making 10-15K and only giving Max 300 dollars. Then he had him in that bullshyt 10 album contract, and Max gave him all the music and Jimmy wouldn't release any of it it because he wanted to hold Max captive under the contract on some spiteful shyt.
