Bruno isn't a culture vulture. He came in the game as a writer/producer with his crew the Smeezingtons. He blew as a solo artist with B.O.B. on "Nothin On You". Then came Cee-Lo's "Forget You", which co-wrote and co-produced. Then he came with his own album. He was making power-Pop ballads at first. Then he came out with that sound that was basically New Jack Swing meets funk after "Uptwon Funk You Up" by Mark Ronson.

Not once did I see anybody label Mark Ronson a culture vulture for essentially lifting the same sound and making hit songs with it.

Bruno is a dope singer and incredible performer. His music resonates across the board.
