Can someone put me on game to what forensics say. A lot of diluted information going on. I'll never buy an unarmed teen deserving to get killed by a cop taught to use discretion, but I'd like to see the presented "facts".

Bet if Barkley catches a rape charge no grand jury will save his ass. Do you understand how rare it is for a prosecutor NOT to indict someone. This issue isn't purely about a white cop shooting a black kid, it is about about favoritism that the system shows for the security apparatus.
Do you understand that how rare it is for conflicting evidence to be shown to a grand jury and how rare it is to cross-examine the sh*t out of someone during a grand jury trial. Yeah I agree that rioting and looting were VERY stupid and the looters should be all arrested but I get the outrage from Ferguson and people in general. The proceutor show blanted favoritism and not a damn thing anyone in Ferguson can do about it. Especially when the vast majority of middle-class to working class blacks and Latinos don't get a prosecutor to give them the benefit of the doubt during an indictment trial. You do realize that if you get indicted, it stays on your record, even if you were found innocent or the indictment is thrown out.

typical Charles. honestly, I was more disgusted when he said last week his favorite thing to consume on thanksgiving was cranberry sauce. If its anything I consider that guy an expert on its a glutinous feasting day and he couldn't even get that right, so needless to say I didn't hold his take on social injustice w/ much regard.
