As a Spurs stan, I'm cool with this trade. Think George Hill would be a better/cheaper fit if they bring in another point guard, and it means we're still in the Paul George sweepstakes.

Also think it's a lateral move for Houston (doesn't help them defensively, they already beasted offensively). Clippers are done (them and OKC gave SA the most trouble other than GS).

Best thing this does for Houston is keep Harden from being exhausted at the end of games.

Highly likely George Hill will be back...better come off the bench though or Dejounte better start eating into his minutes REAL QUICK

The Paul George thing is interesting because the spurs shouldn't be able to get him BUT they have the same problem with Lacarcass Softridge as the Pacers have with Paul George...a disgruntled star who wants to leave the team...so they could just about trade them straight up...
