Morey is smart and know what he's doing by signing CP3. I was listening to an interview with Morey a few months ago and his approach to building a team and signing contracts is all about short-term success since the window to win is small. the rockets turn their roster over every year or two so even tho the end of the CP3 contract looks bad, he'll probably flip him or move players like gordon and anderson to clear up space. the rockets are straight financially.
