The masters she got from her previous label, Warner were actually for her 2019 album, Beauty Marks which contains Level Up.
Her previous label probably thought that the masters would not make much hence they gave it to her for free. Level Up did well for her but the follow-up singles and the album itself flopped.

She does not own the masters to the music released before the 2019 album.
