Here is a play by play of a guy who cold approached me and how everything went down.

(Keep in mind I might not be the best example cuz I'm super friendly and love black men...not all women are like me so your results may vary depending on the girl)

I just wanted to give you a recap/play by play & update from the story with the dude that randomly approached me at the liquor store.

-dude randomly says hello to me as I'm leavin the liquor store

-I stop and talk with him for a minute

-He gives me his # & tells me to call him later

-I got busy, never called, forgot about it for a minute and then was like I never called that dude...I wonder what he's sayin?

-I still don't call

-I make a run to a convenience store in my hood. As I'm on my way out dude from the liquor store walks in with some friends. I don't recognize him right away but made very suggestive and deliberate eye contact with him cuz I was attracted to him. Turns out he was in my way, so I apologize and then he's like hey, do you remember me and I'm like the liquor store dude that I was just thinkin of earlier!

-I had to run to a friend's and he told me to link up with him after

-He calls, Im busy. I call back, he's busy. I shoot him a late night booty call style text, no answer

-When I wake up he texts back asking me what I'm up to. I tell him I gotta do a few things but that I'll be tanning on my roof in the afternoon & invite him over

-We smoke a spliff, friend leaves, we immediately start whinin & daggering to dancehall

See what I'm sayin? shyt is meant to be. You gotta learn to pick up on this stuff and stop brushing off what you might consider to be "coincidences". I'm telling you yo, this shyt is very real!

Anyway we end out hanging all day, drinkin, smokin, eatin...by evening he's callin me bae . He even takes a couple selfies of us cuddlin/kissin

We ended up fukkin 3 times and it hasn't even been 24 hours since we first chilled 1 on 1

All this because he took a chance and said hello to me. We were literally passing by each other and he said hello and that was it!

I ended up being attracted to him/interested so for sure that helped the situation but he didn't know this and took the random approach route and it worked like gold. Maybe not as immediately as it could have happened but life just randomly brought us back together and it was definitely worth the wait.

That's all it takes sometimes (random approach) and I challenge you to try this even though you're against it. Brush off any rejections you encounter (wasn't meant to be...NEXT!), keep your chin up & you're bound to hit a quality chick eventually.

Can you really live with yourself knowing you could have passed up a really awesome person (or even just awesome sex depending what you're after) just because you were too shy or stubborn to say hello to someone who attracted you?

Take more chances, trust me. Put yourself out there and follow your natural attraction. And pay attention to body language too...maybe you just assume she's not interested meanwhile you don't even notice what her body language is telling you.

*EDIT: It's very important to note the other lesson learned in my story: just because she doesn't call doesn't mean she's not interested! There are a percentage of girls like myself that are interested but get busy and forget about shyt.
