Body language, I find a huge give away is the square of shoulder and feet towards you. A lot of women will give you that one foot in to be nice and not be rude, but one foot out cuz they don't wanna talk to you, and if you keep talking he'll keep talking but I'm almost certain she will hit you with the boyfriend line.

Get to know the difference between a fake laugh and real one too. Like homie up there said, get some kino goin (friendly touches, like handshake, or shoulder touch) you can gauge how receptive she is to touch you.

Wandering eyes are a sign to let her go.

The only bad thing about it is if you talk to an anxious or shy one she will almost always give you signs of disinterest so to continue you just gotta know how anxious/nervous ppl move.
