I'm currently on the hunt for one of those soft leather Ralph Lauren Polo jackets. I wanted one since college, but didn't couldn't justify dropping $700 for one.

OP, you get what you pay for. Don't end up paying for some pleather b/c you were on a budget. Don't buy leather second hand either b/c if it's real leather, the original wearer will have broken it in to conform to their build.

Scott may be your best bet. Also be sure to look at the type of leather it's made of. If it says genuine, it's the cheapest of real leather. Genuine terminology is thrown on a lot of cheap leather jackets these days. Scott also has stores you can walk in.

I been looking at Overland too and they seem high quality
