It seems pretty obvious what happened. The video said she pulled over and the officer pulled behind her but was on the train tracks.
So in other words she likely pulled over and intentionally left only enough room so that the officers car would be on the tracks and knowing how a lot of police officers are mentally unstable, he put her in the back of his car and left her there on the tracks as retaliation.
These are the same people that shoot and kill people just for running away from them or even less.
