I don't ever see women main eventing a ppv. Maybe "co-main event" but not the last match on the card.

gonna catch some flack for this, but oh well ... that match was damn good, but terribly overrated at this point. WWE was hyping it as the GOAT match before it even happened because it conveniently took place at the peak of all the "Diva's Revolution" talk so it fell in line with their agenda at the time. it wasn't even a real iron man match with the 30 minute time limit instead of 60 minutes.
that being said it was still a solid 4 star match and a worthy main event, but both Sasha and Bayley have put on equally as good and even better matches at other NXT shows
as far as the OP goes, Charlotte and Sasha are the two best female talents the WWE has. could they put on a good main event? of course. would it be better than a men's match? maybe, maybe not. will it happen at Summerslam? no.
