there's really nothing much to do with review/commentary videos.....it's not like it's a production

if you want to make it a production you can add an intro, get some type of background...

If this is the kind of content you want to do, that’s your call.

However, from a production standpoint, if you’re gonna use your phone, get a tabletop tripod - a Gorillapod would work perfectly - so your framing is static. Also, the audio is terrible. You can buy a cheap lav mic and that alone would help the production value tremendously. One more thing, pick a smaller room to record these preferably with carpet or a rug on the floor. The reverb in that room is terrible.
