Man, I finally got to sit down and listen to this and I fukking love it. Think this might be my album of the year, it's one of those albums that you just know when you hear it
I've been waiting for an album like this for a long time, this was right up my alley
I heard influences from all over and only on my first listen
Aside from the more obvious ones, a couple tracks I can hear some Outkast, one or two even have elements of some Yachty shyt
The only things I didn't like is the B-Real song which wasn't that bad I guess, and Ab Soul verse
Soul needs to just stop rapping

Hipster cacs are going to love this shyt. This might be too out there for the average Drake fan but I'm loving it. Production is insane. Heavy industrial influence. Sounds like a churning machine in a Detroit factory.

You got money to blow and a hotel room, the curtains closed and you don't remember what day it is. you depressed as shyt. you just took so many pills that it looked like you ate a handful of skittles and chased it with vodka, you don't remember if you did coke or not but you glance in the bathroom mirror and it seems like you been eating jumbo sized powdered donuts, and who is these white hoes? Is these the housekeepers? They trying to teach you to smoke weed through a gas mask.
And you're fukking miserable.
This is exactly what it sounds like.
I'm giving it 4.5/5. One song I think is ehh, one song I don't like. Every other song still pushes this to AOTY candidate. You ain't gonna find nothing else that sounds like this.

I fukk with this heavy. Listened to it for a day to see how I felt. I never fukk with 100% of a Danny Brown project anyways so I wasn't expecting any better than usual, but to be honest this is definitely the best "new" Danny Brown release I'd say... and I liked XXX... Old was kind of a let down. Must better than Old. Solid shyt. Definitely worth the wait.
Like a couple of people said above, it isn't for everybody. But he really went in on this. Raps are solid. Some tracks are hilarious, some are dark, etc. etc.
