(1974). It's on Netflix. I just picked a random movie out of my queue that I had not seen.

A New York City architect becomes a one-man vigilante squad after his wife is murdered by street punks in which he randomly goes out and kills would-be muggers on the mean streets after dark.

I saw the Kevin bacon movie "death sentence" years back..that i know has some loose parallels to the sequel



Ebert gave it 3 out of 4 eberts.

I have this move and the sequels on blue ray and it does have race problems, but I enjoy the vigilante idea since I hate the fukking police; its a good 4.5/5.0 in terms of action and fukkery
