LSU in 2011 was considered one of the all time greatest teams in College Football history even before the championship game. Alabama came into that game and put on a defensive showing for the ages similar to Denver's last night, i mean they shut LSU down, the offense played better than Denver's did but that's another story. Point is, fans can talk about this team and that team but that goes out the window when the game starts.

Carolina O basically laid an egg and Denver D came ready to play...i was wondering how Carolina was so successful without real game breaking play makers on offense outside of Cam....in hindsight having a true number one receiver and deep threat with reliable hands would have helped them last night but so would competent O line play and play calling 
....that said i feel Carolina should have put the game on Cam's back, spread it out, and ran the 2 minute drill the rest of the game by the late 3rd but some reason they kept it conservative and kept running it up the middle with a fullback whom fumbled earlier and running back whom had been smothered all game
don't know why they didn't use came scrambling ability more considering it was one of the few effective plays of Carolina's offense all night

This game is on a neutral ground, so just like we loss on the road playing in others house, it won't be the same situation cause we will probably have more fans then the panthers out there.
And one of the games u talking bout Peyton threw 4 picks in the first half due to injury(all in they scoring area) and we gave up 29. Our defense played really well that game also. They just couldn't overcome that type of qb play that game.
