fukked up how the NYPD released details about dude criminal record to justify his death and backed the officer claim without a doubt. If the AG's office was not involve this tape might of never seen the light of day and they wonder why people don't trust police.

Nah, I get your point 110%. Fact of the matter is, most people simply want JUSTICE. Nobody honestly expects cops not to pop someone at some time,

but the issue is primarily black victims getting popped on a humbug, and no one has to answer for it. Its to the point that even a scumbag who may have asked for

the has to be caped for because A: we have seen other dangerous scumbags get nabbed without gunplay and B: The cops stories don't line up with what

we are seeing on camera. The focus has to be shifted on the injustice, cause the system doesn't need white participants specifically to protect itself. They can give

the "shoot on site" directive to black cops too, so even acknowledging the distractions is a waste of time.

The lies are almost as bad, if not worse than the actual acts in many of these situations.

I'd give that witness 10 years if I were a judge. These lies not only paint an incorrect picture, but you know if he survived and their was no video footage that he would have been convicted of attacking an officer.

I'd give the officer 10 years for lying and the witness as well, with restitution.

Every incident is different, and blame often falls on both sides, but the one thing that needs to change is for the good cops to stop protecting the bad cops. There are going to be many times that cops are not at fault in these shootings, but too many times the good cops cover for these bad ones that act idiotically and write false reports. Things would get a lot better if these police departments could take some responsibility when the situation calls for it, but too often they blindly just defend the actions of their own.

I take each incident on a case by case basis, but too often it's the lies and the hiding of video footage that cause the biggest issues.
