They are. 2nd straight year we are top 10 defensively. We were 6th last year.

Wizards are 9th in defensive rating and are 9th in opponent points per game this year.

if there's one good thing about Wittman is that he is a solid defensive coach, his offensive strategy is the problem.

The Bulls will give up the long twos and play the Wizards like they play the Heat. Back off and keep the dynamic player, in this case Wall, shooting jumpshots.

Wittman plays into that by coaching these guys to take the open shot... take every open shot.

Nene will be shooting a lot of elbow jumpers too.

Bulls are 28th in offensive rating

Wiz ain't one of the best offensive teams in the league. They could be with a different coach

The series will come down to whether the wiz can get good ball movement on our defense. And whether the wiz will decide to always run and score before our defense sets up. If so then the wiz can win in 6.

But if this becomes a half court slowed down slug fest the bulls will win in 6. I'm not sure the wiz can win those kind of games.

This will tell us a lot if dunleavy and dj are worth keeping around cause they will need to step up
I've always been afraid that we wouldn't be able to get out the 1st rd based on lack of good scorers Nate and Marco not walking through the door can dj or anybody else step up like that?
