Two things can be true

1. Mikes era of Heavy weight boxing was not stacked
2. He would probably still knock out all heavy weight boxers in the hall of fame, in his prime.

He fell off drastically after the first Holyfield fight though, anyone can see that fame, fukkery and snakeness got to him so a lot of people don't put any value into the Holyfield and Lennox fights. Not everyone can maintain that Mayweather focus, instinct and determination but of course that should weight into the rating of you as an athlete imo
Mike folded every time things got tough or someone came into the fight unafraid of him. He wasn’t gonna knock out other prime legends who weren’t scared of him. His lack of focus is literally what kept him from GOAT status; his entertainment value and the timing of his career is why casuals give him a GOAT type status.

And Razor Ruddock wasn’t scared he still lost. Mitch Green wasn’t he still lost. Same for Jose Ribalta, Pinklon Thomas, Tony Tucker, Tony Tubbs, James Tillis and Holmes.

Making it like all you had to do to beat him was be unafraid is a stupid myth and minimizes boxing strategy style and tactics.
