Do y'all care about platinum trophies?

I just started going for them recently.

I only go for them if i still feel like playing a game after i beat it. Im not gonna play some shyt i dont like just to get them.

Have like 7 and 6 are within the last year

Only platinum i have is from Telltales The Walking Dead and you get that for just finishing the story.

When I 100% a game it is usually because of the game itself being good (recently done it with God of war)
I cared about achievements early on but realised it just meant I played shyttier game for longer than i needed to

I had to edit that whole post and could barely make sense of it myself

Okay God of War is an example where getting the platinum is fukking weak because the collect-a-thons. fukk Odin’s Ravens.


But yeah, I’ll go for a plat trophy or 1000/1000 gamerscore if I REALLY love a game. I’ve done it with the Arkham games, Fallout, etc

I mean it’s the same thing. I like that trophies give you an extra gold star in the form of plat trophies...but even that’s not enough to make me passionate about it.

nah, i tried to care...but collecting & looking for knick knacks and trinkets after i finish the main story is just not fun to me

I'm like halfway through far cry 5 but these damn multiplayer trophies are annoying. I hate that they count towards the platinum

Nope. Got too much of a backlog to replay anything. Play on hard mode and get whatever trophies I get.
