I mean is Kanye really better than any of these guys as a pure hip hop producer? I don't personally think so. You could throw his name into the conversation a long side the likes of Timbaland and The Neptunes but when you look at the work each and everyone has put in 15-20 seems more appropriate, so not far off top ten. But at the end of day it comes down personal preference so it's not totally outrageous to put him there.
