No they wouldn't :mjlol: Delusional
Yes they would they are 3 games out without him and he would completely transform their defense. Thibs would kill to have a Draymond on the Wolves.

nikkas kill me when they say Pierce isn't an NBA legend. You don't have to win a MVP to be considered aNBA legend. Is Stockton not a legend? Mchale? Robert Parish? James Worthy? Clyde Drexler? Pierce did more individually than each of those guys.
what is your definition of a legend? mine is a transcendent player that made everyone on his team better by just simply existing throughout the majority of their careers
or should i lower the barometer and just including anyone that was a 6+ time all star
and most those players have a better claim towards being called a "legend" besides robert parish :francis:
By being a great screener and playmaker, by being a great anchor and communicator on defense. The Warriors high P&R is partly so unstoppable because of Draymond's screens and passing ability. Warriors are much better on defense and offense when he's on the floor.

He's not a role player he's a jack of all trades and master defender he's been doing this since Michigan State. He is a high impact player better than many volume scorers y'all like to hype.

Yes he would. His defense is suddenly gonna fall off a cliff because he's on another team?

:laff:

For the life of me I don't understand why y'all think this nikka is wack. :mjlol:
just cause he doesnt average 20 points a night means he has no impact to these dudes :mjlol:
bringing up him being the 4th best player or something like that matters....he was an essential cog to a championship team and a team that won 73 games before fukking KD....and if he doesnt get suspended we'd be talking about him possibly winning finals mvp. fukk it :manny:
if he keeps his pace into the next decade he'll go down as one of the best and most versatile defenders ever.... but :mjlol: if he aint getting 25 he's trash

So let me ask you this. If you wee building a team and you had the option of picking Pierce in and prime or Draymond in his prime.. Who would you build your team around. And no, Draymond will not have Durant, Curry, Klay, as the 1st,2nd and 3rd option so he can be the 4th.

Alright, if Dray is the number one option, then that means his shot attempts are going up. Most he's ever had in a season was 10.1 shot attempts per game (2015-16). For the purposes of this hypothetical, let's double his shot attempts to 20 per game since he's the number one.

That year, he averaged 14 PPG, 9.5 RPG, 7.4 RPG, 1.5 steals and 1.4 blocks. He knocked down about half his shots that year, so if we boost him to 20, it's not too far fetched to say that he'd probably average about 24-26 points per game.

So do I want 24/10/7 to go with 1.5 and 1.4 blocks or do I want Pierce's best year (We'll say 2005, 27/7/5) ... you're basically asking me if I want an elite defender with LeBron James' stat line or Paul Pierce, breh. :jbhmm:

But that's just a hypothetical. Anyway, give me Draymond. He can do more shyt effectively and consistently. He can guard all five positions effectively, facilitate offenses and he gives everything he's got every time.

Does that mean he is a better player than Paul? No. You could do a lot worse than Pierce as your top option. But if I'm building a team, I need to be able to counter coaching moves and strategies with other teams without losing effectiveness overall. Draymond gives me a better chance at that than Pierce does.

Pierce could have been out the league if Boston didn't surround him with kg and ray without a ring and he wouldn't be so highly regarded

I wouldn't go that far, but Pierce's career would be on the same par as Melo's if he didn't win that one championship. Cats in here have a revisionist history like a mothafukka regarding Pierce.

Is Pierce a HOF, absolutely A Celtics legend, without a doubt. An NBA legend, nah.

Wolves run no kind of offense not to mention non scoring from their PGs. Draymond would have to cover so much from guys like Lavine and Towns. So no they would be an automatic playoff team

They are 3 games out if they added a defensive anchor and playmaker like Dray they would be much better on offense and defense.

Do you not understand that there is no Klay or Steph on the Warriors. You think teams are going to key in on Dunn or Rubio? You think he has the plethora of options like in GS outside Wiggins and Towns. Not to mention again Thibs runs no offensive system. Stop it. Green is a great system player

There doesn't need to be a fukking Steph or Klay :heh:

He would make everyone around him better it's that simple. The defense and ball movement would improve a lot, he's a huge upgrade over Dieng.

Thibs can run an offensive system and Dray would be nice in it. Did you not see Joakim Noah be in the MVP discussion and average 5.5 assists out the high post and win DPoY on the Bulls?

Champion
Multi-Time All-Star
Multi-Time All-NBA Defense
DPoY
Multi-Time All-NBA Team

One of the most versatile forwards in NBA history. This will be his legacy.

:umad:

And that resume is only going to continue to get better. He might add one or two more championships, more DPOYs and more all-star and all-nba defense selections.

And btw Draymond Green's stats in last year's playoffs while Curry was out:

1st Round vs Rockets Game 2:
12 points, 14, rebounds, 8 assists, 2 steals, 1 blocks

1st Round vs Rockets Game 3:
9 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists, 1 steal

1st Round vs Rockets Game 5:
15 points, 9 rebounds, 8 assists, 2 blocks, 1 steal

2nd Round vs Blazers Game 1:
23 points, 13 rebounds, 11 assists, 3 blocks, 1 steal

2nd Round vs Blazers Game 2:
17 points, 14 rebounds, 7 assists, 4 blocks, 1 steal

2nd Round vs Blazers Game 3:
37 points, 9 rebounds, 8 assists, 1 block, 1 steal

So in those 6 games he averaged 18 points, 11 rebounds, 8 assists, 2 blocks, 1 steal :stopitslime:

8 assists a game without Curry or Durant :scust:
A near triple double :picard:
