Nah.

There's a women lingerie football league and it doesn't generate nearly enough views even though most of the women have nice bodies. Women sports just doesn't captivate the masses. People want to see athletic feats that is out of the ordinary. Women sports just don't deliver that. It's gonna be worse going forward with all the options people have on what to watch with all the streaming services and social media.

Exactly. What did Jennie Finch do for women's softball?

they want the NBA to share some of their revenue so the women can get paid more but they don’t want to request it they want the men to offer

“But I’m really tired of seeing them complain about the lack of pay because they’re doing themselves a disservice by just complaining.”

He’s tired of them singling out black MEN who had their back all this time.
Ask yourself why he/we are programmed to divide the power of the people along every line of division possible. Identity politics is about dividing people. Always remember that.

Also isn’t Maya Moore sitting out for like her 3rd season? These chicks don’t even be on the court most seasons. On top you got chicks sitting out for social justice issues , personal issues, pregnancy and all kinds of other shyt that nba players don’t do.

I’m saying they don’t even want to work if they have some other shyt on their mind. They are unreliable and don’t know how to put their career first.

And yes until they lower the rim, and learn how to run a fast break or an offense in general that doesn’t revolve around shooting 100 threes a game then they don’t deserve shyt

Gilbert Arenas said something like this on his podcast. He said show some skin play in leggings and sport bras or some shyt. You gotta give incentive
Right, they be out there looking like hobos but I guess they want them to be family friendly so everyone can watch but since that’s obviously not working how about they make the shorts more form fitting. If they dressed like how the average women dresses to go to the gym the viewership would go up.

They say the want some of the men’s money but are doing nothing to appeal to men

:unimpressed:

Things are a little different now compared to then

My point still stands. The NBA was struggling with ratings and finances all through the 70s until Magic and Bird came in ‘79 the league was 33 years old at the point. The WNBA will never be as big as the four major leagues but it’s going to continue to develop over time just like any other sport.

The wealth distribution in this country is pathetic.

The NBA could include the WNBA in their revenue sharing. Problem solved.

The Dallas Cowboys support the Jacksonville Jaguars. Alabama’s football program supports their Bowling team. Why can’t the Lakers support the Sparks?

Meanwhile, in average man’s land, Amazon is worth a trillion dollars but still pay their workers the same as their competitors. :yeshrug:

Bu-bu-but the revenue :mjlol:

You’re economically illiterate and you haven’t thought through your ideas enough to espouse them.

supply and demand, it’s that simple

Many WNBA teams are probably operating at a loss. They play in full size arenas, it’s simple supply and demand. If there were more demand there would be less supply and prices would have to go up, there is no demand

“wealth distribution” is a retarded concept for people that can’t think or are too feeble or weak to understand what freedom means

You’re comparing revenues for teams in the same league and university to a situation between two different leagues.

It’s only different because they haven’t partnered. You don’t think the NBA can give money to the WNBA if they wanted to? :heh:

You sound angry, breh. Chill out.

There is plenty of money in basketball period. The NBA can easily find the WNBA. The money is there, it’s about sharing it.

Now, are you too ignorant to understand being human? No, I think you’ve just been taught wrong.

Represent yourself better.

the road to tyranny is paved with “good intentions”. You have an elementary understanding of how economies function. You’re economically illiterate and if you want to be charitable that’s on you but you are not a better person because you find nobility in telling other people what to do with their money. You’re just virtue signaling from a point of economic illiteracy and it is no crime to be economically illiterate but if you are just don’t go around given multi-billion dollar entities financial advice.
Male porn performers do not get the same as female porn performers. That’s just how the market works. Honestly I feel bad for you that it takes this much explanation for you because even children in first grade understand this concept. In fact, I remember having this discussion in elementary school class as a child and it was rounded out and resolved readily because every kid understood that it makes sense that those that generate billions for their performance rightfully earn themselves some millions and those that generate maybe a few millions maybe make a few thousand

“the WNBA generates about 60 million dollars in revenue, while the NBA generates about 7.4 billion dollar”

If you need any further explanation you have a double digit IQ breh. For you to have a better understanding of such a basic function of society is just sad and highlights the feeble nature of your mindset.

WNBA players have a career and a fan base. It might not be something to retire on but they can probably get by based on what they are paid

You say I’m mad but you’re the one over here throwing negs around talking about being human. Grow up and develop a sense of how the world works before you offer any suggestions :heh:
