Cars with manuals are becoming slim pickings unfortunately, I know from being at Honda they don't make many due to low demand. If you wanted an Accord Sport with a stick you damn near had to order one. New NSX isn't available in a true manual, it's all electronic. Even Porsche is limiting their amount of cars available with manuals. Lamborghini and Ferrari might be following suit.

Lamborghini and Ferrari stopped making stickshift cars a long time ago. I think the last stick Lambo was the Gallardo and the last stick Ferrari was either the F430 or 599 GTB.

Autos are just so good now though. It's not like the old days. Just mash and go

Even when I play Forza, I put the clutch as a button instead of a pedal because it's way faster and lets me shift with my left foot
